1. Acceptance

  • By using ThePlugRank you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. The service

  • ThePlugRank is a directory and review platform that connects EV drivers with installers, charging stations, and home charger products. We are not the installer, contractor, or service provider.
  • Quotes, prices, and availability shown come from third parties. We do not guarantee accuracy and are not a party to any contract you enter with an installer.

3. Your account & content

  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the accuracy of information you submit.
  • Reviews and other content you post must be your own, honest, and based on real experience. We may remove content that is misleading, abusive, or violates the law.
  • By posting content you grant ThePlugRank a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and feature it on the site.

4. Installer & business listings

  • Businesses may claim and manage listings. You represent that you have authority to manage any listing you claim.
  • Featured placements and lead-gen plans are governed by separate commercial agreements.

5. Prohibited conduct

  • No scraping, automated access, or attempts to bypass technical controls without written permission.
  • No fake reviews, paid endorsements without disclosure, or coordinated rating manipulation.
  • No use of the service to violate any law or third-party right.

6. Disclaimers

  • The service is provided as-is. We make no warranty that listings, reviews, or scores are accurate, current, or fit for any particular purpose.
  • You are responsible for verifying installer credentials and contract terms before paying for or scheduling work.

7. Limitation of liability

  • To the extent permitted by law, ThePlugRank is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or from any installer interaction.

8. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that creates risk for users or the platform.

9. Changes

  • We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.
